U okviru redovnog monitoringa tekućih Erasmus+ CBHE projekata, predstavnici Nacionalne Erasmus+ kancelarije u Crnoj Gori posjetili su Univerzitet Crne Gore – Pomorski fakultet Kotor 16.07.2021. godine povodom koordinatorskog projekta pod nazivom “Development of Regional Joint Master Program in Maritime Environmental Protection and Management – MEP&M”. Cilj preventivnog sastanka je upoznavanje i dodatno povezivanje sa predstavnicima rukovodeće i partnerskih institucija na projektu, predstavljanje realizovanih i planiranih projektnih aktivnosti, očekivanih izlaznih rezultata projekta, te razmatranje preporuka evaluatora u smislu unaprijeđenja procesa implementacije.
U uvodnom dijelu sastanka predstavnici rukovodeće institucije na projektu, prof. dr Špiro Ivošević (dekan Pomorskog fakulteta Kotor) i prof. dr Danilo Nikolić (rukovodilac projekta) pozdravili su učesnike i zahvalili se na ukazanoj podršci i učešću na monitoring sastanku. Oni su ukazali na mnogobrojne međunarodne projekte realizovane do sada, kao i poseban značaj koji MEP&M projekat ima u vezi sa postizanjem ključnih institucionalnih, nacionalnih i regionalnih ciljeva. Učesnicima se obratila i gospođa Vanja Drljević, Nacionalni Erasmus+ koordinator u Crnoj Gori, koja je ovom prilikom istakla važnost učešća u Erasmus+ programima sa posebnim osvrtom na programe poput Izgradnja kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju (CBHE) i programe akademske mobilnosti.
Sastanku su pored pomenutih prisustvovali i predstavnici partnerskih institucija ispred Agencije za zaštitu životne sredine i NVO Eko centar „Delfin“ Predstavnici Agencije za zaštitu životne sredine istakli su važnost umrežavanja postojećih partnera na projektu radi postizanja što boljih rezultata i otvaranja mogućnosti za naknadno kreiranje novih projekata povezanih sa MEP&M. Takođe, predstavnici su istakli važnost inputa koje Agencija može da obezbijedi o zaštićenim morskim područjima u Crnoj Gori (obuhvatajući i kontekst NATURA 2000 područja), te o monitoringu morskog ekosistema koji sprovodi u cilju izvještavnja javnosti. Razmatrane su i mogućnosti Agencije da primi buduće studente Master programa MEP&M na stažiranje.
Monitoring visit of representatives of the National Erasmus + Office within the MEP&M project
As part of the regular monitoring of current Erasmus+ CBHE projects, representatives of the National Erasmus + Office in Montenegro visited the University of Montenegro – Faculty of Maritime Studies, Kotor on July 16, 2021. in relation to the coordination project entitled “Development of Regional Joint Master Program in Maritime Environmental Protection and Management – MEP&M”. The goal of the preventive meeting is to get acquainted and additionally connect with the representatives of the management and partner institutions on the project, present the implemented and planned project activities, expected project results, and discuss the evaluator’s recommendations in terms of improving the implementation process.
In the introductory part of the meeting, the representatives of the lead institution on the project, prof. dr Špiro Ivošević (dean of the Maritime Faculty Kotor) and prof. Dr. Danilo Nikolić (project manager) greeted the participants and thanked them for their support and participation in the monitoring meeting. They pointed out the numerous international projects implemented so far, as well as the special importance that the MEP&M project has in relation to achieving key institutional, national and regional goals. Ms. Vanja Drljević, National Erasmus + Coordinator in Montenegro, also addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of participating in Erasmus + programs with special reference to programs such as Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) and academic mobility programs.
The meeting was attended by representatives of partner institutions on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency and NGO Eco Center “Dolphin”. EPA representatives noted the importance of networking with the existing project partners to achieve better project results and open opportunities for new projects in the future related to MEP&M. Also, the representatives emphasized the importance of inputs that the Agency can provide on marine protected areas in Montenegro (including the context of NATURA 2000 sites), as well as on marine ecosystem monitoring that it implements in order to report to the public. The possibilities of EPA to accept future students of the MEP&M Master programs for internships were also considered.
